01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("terms") are an agreement between you and Evolution Sports Group, a Delaware company based in California ("Evolution Sports Group," "we," "us" or "our"), which operates AS Los Angeles ("ASLA"). They govern your use of aslosangelesfc.com (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02About the information on this site

The site shares news about ASLA, including our development pathway, academy, league plans, tryouts, events and partnership opportunities. We work to keep it accurate, but plans in a growing club change. Dates, league affiliations, venues, programs and roster opportunities may be updated or canceled at any time.

Nothing on the site is a promise of a tryout invitation, roster spot, scholarship, playing time, transfer or professional contract. Any agreement with a player, family, sponsor or investor must be made in a separate written document signed by Evolution Sports Group. Information about investment or partnership opportunities is general and is not an offer to sell securities.

03Who can use the site

You may use the site if you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for the use of the site by the minors in their care, including information those minors submit.

04Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person or organization.
• Send spam, harassment, threats or content that is unlawful, defamatory or hateful.
• Try to access areas of the site that are not meant for the public, including staff tools, or interfere with its security or operation.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy, collect or overload the site.
• Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.
• Use the site or its content to mislead people about a connection with ASLA.

05Our name, crest and content

The ASLA name, the AS Los Angeles crest, the lion mark, our slogans and the photos, video, graphics, text and design of the site are owned by Evolution Sports Group or our licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws.

We give you a limited, personal, revocable right to view and share pages of the site for noncommercial purposes, such as sending a link to a friend or teammate. You may not use our marks or content in merchandise, advertising, fundraising or any commercial project without our written permission. To request permission, email us.

06What you send us

When you submit the supporter form or email us, you confirm that the information is accurate and yours to share. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the club or the site, we may use them freely without any obligation to you. This does not change how we handle your personal information, which is covered by our Privacy Policy.

07Third-party links and content

The site includes posts from our Instagram account and links to other websites, including social platforms, partners and Evolution Sports Group. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

08Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Evolution Sports Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Evolution Sports Group, ASLA and their owners, officers, staff, coaches and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for fraud, willful injury or violations of law as described in California Civil Code Section 1668.

10Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and a third party brings a claim against Evolution Sports Group or ASLA as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, damages and legal fees that result, to the extent allowed by law.

11Governing law and disputes

Evolution Sports Group is organized in Delaware and does business in California, where the club plays and where the site is run. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and nothing in them takes away protections you have under the laws of the state where you live. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and Evolution Sports Group consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here stops either side from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court.

12Notice to California residents

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice. Using the site is free of charge. If you have a complaint, you may contact us using the details below, or reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

13General terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our choice not to enforce a term right away is not a waiver of it. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Evolution Sports Group about the site. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a business change.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
