Cookies and storage

Cookie Policy

Effective and last updated Sept. 27, 2026

What the site stores in your browser and how to control it.

01The short version

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or social media tracking pixels. The site uses one small browser setting to remember that you already watched the intro animation, and that setting disappears when you close the tab.

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, what the site uses and how you can control them. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

02What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which let a site save small settings in your browser. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work. Others track visitors for analytics or advertising. We only use the first kind.

03What this site uses

Name	Type	Set by	Purpose	How long
asla_splash	Session storage	Evolution Sports Group (first party)	Remembers that the intro animation already played so it does not repeat on every page load	Until you close the browser tab
Security check	Cookie	Vercel, our hosting provider	Set only if the host’s firewall needs to confirm a visitor is a person during unusual traffic. Strictly necessary for security.	Short-lived, usually one hour or less

The session storage setting holds a single value ("1") and contains no personal information. It is never sent to our servers.

04Third-party services

Google Fonts. Our typeface loads from Google’s servers. Google receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the font file. Google states that its Fonts service does not set cookies.
Instagram posts. The photos in our social section are delivered through our own servers, so Instagram does not set cookies when you view them on our site.
Outside links. When you click a link to Instagram, X, LinkedIn or another website, that site may set its own cookies under its own policies.

05How to control cookies and storage

You can block or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Blocking them will not break our site. The only change you may notice is that the intro animation plays again.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first, list each cookie in the table above and give you a clear way to accept or decline them before they are set.
